Thanks man! Maybe add sprinting for legs too. Do it!!! If you do it in EMOM fashion and max out every set, you will run through an insane amount of pushups pretty fast. I figured out that I should just stick to around 50 reps in 6 minutes, what is your inference on this? Yesterday I just randomly decided to try and do pullups. There Is a Risk of Injury. In the end, you need to come out of it without an injury and continue to hit the gym like clockwork. Same goes for feeling any oncoming injuries or inflammation. I did it.
