100mm galvanised pipe bunnings

Hi, 100mm galvanised pipe bunnings, the bottom mm or so of the sewer trampoline outbound pipe outside our home has rusted away. I've cut away most of the rotten pipe but now 100mm galvanised pipe bunnings to figure out how effectively to bridge the resulting gap. There is a small collar of mm PVC inside the old connection on the ground, and the metal pipe itself is also mm diameter, so ideally I need something preferably flexible that will fit inside the ground connection and outside the metal pipe. Can anyone suggest a way of repairing or is this a job for a plumber?

I am planning to DIY deck in my backyard and I was firstly going to install 90x90 posts, but found there is a pipe running and I cannot dig near the house for the posts. Now I am leaning towards installing a ledger board attached to house. But unsure how do I attach it to the house and what size timer to use and what do I do to make sure its water safe as it is attached to house. I have attached a photo of part of the house where the deck will get extend to. I can attach dynabolt on the alfresco tiles and fix the ledger board. Just wondering if anyone has any tips for this problem. I have a garage with ridge and valley type galvanised roofing. It is quite old and has served well, but at one end where there is a short retaining wall, vegetation has been collecting. As a result, full thickness rust holes have developed, which allows water to leak through underneath. Since the holes are near a corner, it is not just a simple matter of patching with a piece of sheet galvo, like if it were in mid span. Does anyone know of any suitable sealing solution for this kind of problem? Many thanks in advance! Thank you for sharing your question about how to seal holes in rusty galvanised roofing. I recommend removing all the loose rusty bits of the roof before treating it with the rust converter.

We have a tiny kitchen and the laundry is right next door so are thinking of installing a dishwasher there.
