Growing up in the '90s, I could always depend on getting a Happy Holiday Barbie under the Christmas tree. I'd get one every year, then my mom would insist on leaving them in the boxes, because supposedly they'd be worth tons of money 20 years later. Spoiler alert: They're not. My mom would put them in a curio cabinet after we opened presents, and they're still there today, totally taunting me.
