This is my third apartment complex in the past 3 years, and it is by far my favorite. Management are not only friendly but incredibly responsive. The location of the property relative to downtown Durham and Brightleaf is great. Also, while the rent is not "cheap", relative to other 1 BR, 1 BA apartment complexes in the same Durham area, it is one of the cheaper options. For the most part, I really like living in my apartment complex. It is close to downtown and the university.

Open until AM. Last week was ThankYouThursday and my review goes out to my now former apartment community, as I will be leaving this week. I have lived here for a wonderful 2 and a half years and have loved I applied to live here and once I saw the apartment I applied for I decided it was way too small considering the price of rent they asked for.

Overall the apartment is in a decent location to downtown but besides that there are WAY better options if youre looking to move to the Durham area. Management is decent and maintenance is fantastic.
