The PopMart Tour was a worldwide concert tour by rock band U2. Staged in support of the group's album Pop , the tour's concerts were performed in stadiums and parks in and Its lavish stage design had a foot-wide 50 m LED screen, a foot-high 30 m golden arch, and a large mirror-ball lemon. As with the Zoo TV Tour, the band delivered an image and performance that were ironic and self-mocking on PopMart, deviating from their earnest performances of the s; the band performed in costumes that, along with the stage design, poked fun at the themes of consumerism and pop culture. The tour was booked while the band were still completing Pop , which was planned to be released during the holiday season. However, the recording sessions went long, delaying the release until March and cutting into rehearsal time for the tour.

I was really looking forward to seeing magneto, and I had to wait till the last song to hear Vuela vuela, mind you it was nearly a 3 hour show a bit too long I believe. And magneto did not play the song on their own. Clearly it had kind of like a 90s filter on the camera so I looked fuzzy. It felt like a big Sabado Gigante party. The bands Sang one song at a time and then several as a big group. Moenia is still weird, MDO was good , everyone else was ok. Great show! It was hit after hit.
