A Cut Above, Restaurant and Grill truly lives up to its name. The culinary experience is exceptional, with a menu that excites the taste buds and dishes cooked to perfection. Drawing from my experience managing premium restaurants, my only suggestion would be to separate the drinks menu from the food menu for easier access to the whiskey selection. My second time here and I hoped I would not be disappointed as we had those platters the last time and all I can say We had 2 between the 4 of us and the serve was huge and beautifully cooked. The Restaurant is an extension of a Pub however the decor and set up is nicely done and the atmosphaire created brings it in the fine dining class.
