By Flannoit , January 15, in Weapons. I've been farming for Akarius on-and-off for months now, with absolutely 0 luck. Totally the opposite for me. I got Akarius pretty soon after release, and only got Acceltra last month. Coincidentally, I finally leveled it today. What worked for me was a casual approach. I stopped farming for Acceltra early on, and would just run the disruption occasionally, when it sounded fun apart from the potential drop.

The Acceltra is an automatic rocket launcher that fires plasma rockets which was released along with Gauss and serves as his signature weapon. The Acceltra fires plasma rockets which are capable of dealing continuous damage in an area at a certain range or to a target at close range. This weapon fires rockets in quick succession which only explode if the projectiles have travelled a certain distance. Sprinting will cause the weapon to reload much faster and when used by Gauss it will be even more quicker as it is his signature primary weapon. Upon killing a demolyst, a blueprint for the Acceltra may drop which will be picked up when approached and will remain in your rewards list until you extract from the mission.

The Acceltra is one of the signature weapons of Gauss Akarius being the other and was introduced when he came to the game. This weapon fires off mini-rockets as projectiles which will explode on impact after travelling at least 7 meters. Its ability to rapidly release these mini-rockets with a high critical chance makes it easy to dispatch large numbers of enemies. Running will cause the weapon to reload faster and even more so if Gauss is wielding it.
