We visited a doctor abroad who prescribed some medication to ease his symptoms. Upon our return to the United Kingdom we called our General Practitioner to make sure that he is checked and we are advised if any additional treatment or medication is needed. I deeply believe that this is not acceptable considering the circumstance and the fact that we talk about a month old baby. Despite having finished my course of antibiotics Which had side effects , done 2 lateral flow test and a pcr test, all came back negative, I have still not been seen for an in person appointment to determine the exact problem rather than just guesses. Every time i want to get access to my gp i have to call up and arrange a phone call appointment, some of the windows can be a whole day. The doctor also doesn't ring for long as i have missed calls at a time i was consistently checking my phone. Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear that you experienced side effects to antibiotics, that you missed some calls from us, and you were unable to book a face-to-face appointment without a prior telephone call. At the time, in view of the Covid pandemic, telephone triage was stipulated prior to face-to-face contact, and currently face to face appointments can be booked on request directly where appropriate.

When I was pregnant and looking for a Pediatric doctor- someone told me about a doctor at this facility. My child has a few health issues which has always been dealt with respectfully and with I am visiting Acton Medical for over 20 years and I am a current patient. Customer service gradually came down over the years. This facility needs to understand customer service especially while Acton Medical demonstrates very little care about their community or patients. I had surfaced a concern about operating practices that violated my children's privacy and made our appointment
