All Might suffered a serious injury at the hands of All For One , and that skinny form represents the lasting damage All Might suffered. All Might can't allow anyone to see his weak skinny form, which is simply another burden to bear. Similarly, he is constantly leaking power, and that means he's fighting crime on borrowed time.
