Tucked away in the Beaumaris Shopping Centre in Ocean Reef, Allegria is fully licensed and serves good food at reasonable prices. My friend and I decided that we would be visiting Allegria again — not only for breakfast but also for lunch or Sunday dinner. This was served on ciabatta with two poached eggs, feta and roasted cherry tomatoes. The hollandaise was delicious and ham plentiful, eggs cooked to a turn and the bread toasted well. My friend also thoroughly enjoyed her smashed avocado dish that was overflowing with ingredients. The only negative aspect was that service was quite slow. It was fine for us as my friend and I were having our monthly catch-up but several customers were impatiently waiting for drinks or food,.
