Spoke with Danny, manager and he swore the guy didn't break it but had never saw pictures. Looks ilke the dispenser is fine, but I would call with confidence if something went wrong. I went on line and the manufacturer stated it was most likely a temperature sensor problem. Didnt even say hi when he came in. And for the service charge it was not bad at all very reasonable. And when I called to ask what was the process for getting another panel the receptionist, Maria, was very nasty. DH Deborah H.
