I was worried after seeing some reviews on this site. Need not have been. Car had a couple of "knocks" which I photographed. On return pleasantly surprised to see that these had been recorded on an electronic sheet. Very pleasant staff and no issues or arguments. Not sure therefore why others have raised some issues. Only issue is the fast track process costing 18 Euros which I don't think is fair - should treat all in order of arrival. Avoid this company at all costs!
