Aneurin Bevan University Health Board has developed a career pathway for our current and future employees to become registered Nurses. The Future Nurse Academy is a developmental pathway supporting Health Care Support Workers to progress to their chosen field of part-time or full-time pre-registration Nursing degree in the field of Adult, Child, Learning Disabilities or Mental Health. We have a clear journey of progression for our nurses from Band 2 to a Registered Nurse.
