The only combined water park and dolphinarium on the island, Aqualand in Tenerife delivers a family-friendly day out that offers much more than first meets the eye. As you'd expect for a Tenerife water park, Aqualand has water slides, a wave pool, a lazy river and kids' mini water parks. But this attraction also boasts a spa-inspired chill out zone with hot tubs, hydro-massage jets and submersed bubble baths. According to the official Aqualand site, the stars of the park are the bottlenose dolphins which put on "the best show in the world" - a title awarded to them at IMATA International Marine Animal Trainers' Association.
