I used to need these to sleep so I bought the cheapest plastic battery clocks from Argos, they are still ticking away, little silver plastic ugly clocks. There's an app for that OP! I have a little battery powered travel alarm clock from Superdrug. A ticking clock beside me at night would drive me cracked. I remember having a travel one in its own case when I was young.
