Head chef Pelekanos has been cooking for over 20 years and has previously been cooking within the USA and Canada, his signature dish being with fish. The traditional cooking techniques we use can be very complicated as we put alot of time and effort into the preperation which involves, whipping, stuffing and making puree and adding our spices and greens. We had a fabulous meal and the service was second to none. A lovely atmosphere in this Armenian restaurant. We had the most wonderful time here. The food was absolutely delicious, brilliant service and a very stylish interior. Well worth the drive from Liverpool, we look forward to the next visit. Just sat in the Armenian Taverna, had an amazing meal. I think it was the best lamb meal I have ever had. So tasty and tender. What a find, we always try to eat in different places and I think it has beaten anywhere else we have tried. Very friendly staff who know all the dishes and can answer your questions.
