This is one of the many Quests available in Divinity: Original Sin 2. This quest begins when you find the first piece. The easiest one is found after escaping Fort Joy. Hug the northern beach and it'll lead to a small tower. Teleport up it and grab all the items, including the Tracks of the Tyrant. The next piece is found inside the vault of Braccus Rex. It's part of The Vault of Braccus Rex questline.

Facing North, go up the ladder to the statue on the Western Edge. If you have Wit of 15 or above a dialogue option will appear to find the legs. Braccus Rex's Tower. You need 18 Strength to open the tomb lid containing the Artifact. On the west side the passage there is a statue, climb the ladder to reach it. Interact with the statue to get the Tyrant's Stride You will need 15 Wits to find the item when interacting with the statue , but don't equip it just now, it's cursed.

Tyrant's Helm can be found at Decrepit Ruins. Goto the statue of the Seven and interact with it clicking on the new interaction and go down the secret passage. Apparantly a trap disarming kit works I haven't tested this. Coordinates: x y There will be an option to scratch at the statue. Be sure they will need the points invested at some point though, so you can save the build at higher levels. I sold the first piece of the set by mistake. So if you're using this set, keep a backup set of items in your pack, so if you want to stop using this, you can swap out the entire set at once. To get through the Gargoyle's maze you will need the Band of Braccus or some puzzle solving skills. You will need to be upon the adjacent cliff to teleport someone inside the tower to collect the loot within, the cliff is located at X, Y KaleShibata if you have the band of braccus the gargoyle will teleport you straight through the maze. Now go back and a door will be open. The gloves of the set are much harder to get your hands on.
You can kick off this quest by first completing the Vault of Braccus Rex quest to collect one of the pieces.

Make sure you get Bless and take 2 soul jars as you will need source for 2 pieces of the armour! Make sure not to wear them without the full set, as they will apply a Crippled status effect on your character.
