Bandera is a city in Texas, and it is located northwest of San Antonio. Bandera is the County seat of the Bandera County in Texas, the city population at the last census in was One of the oldest churches in Texas, St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, was built by the immigrants who founded Bandera. Even till now, a lot of the city residents are descended from Polish immigrants. During the later half of the 19 th century, the city was on the Great Western Cattle trail.
