Terrible service. I ordered a light and have yet to receive. It has been over 2 weeks and getting the run around. My credit was charged for a product I have yet to receive. They refuse to cancel my order online! I had to cancel my order due to the wrong part being ordered. I cancelled the order in January and I have been trying to get my refund for the past 2 months. I have called and emailed and all they will tell me is that I haven't been credited. Terrible customer service. Bathroom vanity, linen closet - order- custumer service. I have made an order last night on line for 4 items. I wanted to cancell 1 item. I called and spoken with 5 agents, one send me bill where he cancelled linen closet but left exactly the same amount of money on a bill; second one lady said she will call back and never did, the third one agreed with me and the phone got disconected, At this point, I looked at the reviews and decided to cancel order , forth one said she is new and passed me to another. Customer Servvice claimed it was condensation, no other places has water except inside like someone have flush it, one was with water and the other is scratch.
