I said at the beginning that this is just what you asked for when you decided you want to visit Acapulco. Staff is amazingly friendly at the bar, restaurant, lobby, everywhere! This is an older hotel so can't expect much about style or fashion however it is kept clean and the beds are comfortable. We ended up buying a fan at Walmart and it made things tolerable. Not worth it for the price, way too high for 's room nasty floor, we found roaches and ants. They give a bottle of wine to their Firts timers. The staff weren't able to stop her and let her leave the hotel. Don't take our word for it. I would of given this place 5 stars but the hassle over beach towels was unbelievable. But those were minor inconveniences which were eventually resolved compared to the check in and valet. Never once did we receive an apology and she even let us know we were never welcomed again, and told me when I started crying to "shut up" because I would wake guests. That side of the beach is quiet. Pool music could be heard.
