We are currently recruiting for passionate and ambitious marketing graduates to join our rotational Marketing Graduate Programme. I applied shortly afterwards as I felt that my degree in Marketing, and the placement year I completed in my relevant field, would stand me in good stead for the initial interview and assessment day. This helped to create long lasting friendships and work relationships as it was a very inclusive experience and definitely helped me to settle in.

I currently work in a specialist role where I provide support to Senior Management and Customer Service teams in the handling of complaints and disputes. I soon realised retail was not for me and that I wanted a long-term career within a large, global company that was continuously growing and truly invested in its employees. You will gain an understanding of the processes involved in publishing Sports and Gaming sites together with the creation of accompanying promotional marketing campaigns and content. Mentoring gives you the opportunity to discuss your progression and development on a one to one basis with a Senior Manager who will, in turn, give you objective and valuable feedback on your performance. The department is responsible for the prevention and detection of fraudulent activity across the Sports and Gaming products, and my role consists of managing my own team of Fraud Specialists as well as contributing to the day-to-day running of the department. Our Media Graduate Programme will take you through a comprehensive rotation of key Media departments. Regardless which scheme you join, you will receive the training and support you need to prepare you for a long and successful career, including training courses, one to one instruction, shadowing and mentoring by a member of our Senior Management Team. The rotations were also a great opportunity to network with senior management across the business as I regularly had meetings with departmental heads and mentors throughout the operation who offered continued support and advice. Spending time in the various operational departments has given me an understanding of the organisation and industry which has proved invaluable to my continuing progression in the company. This position isn't for graduates or students. Following the Scheme Towards the end of the programme, I was offered a role of Payments Supervisor which I am currently enjoying every minute of.
