Bill Spencer Jr. Sheila Carter. Sheila was a wanted criminal after almost accidentally killing her own son Finn Finnegan and purposely shooting his wife Steffy Forrester. Carter was on the run and was hiding at Deacon Sharpe's , but she had to run from there as the police was looking for her there. Bill and Sheila seemingly connected and the Carter woman was able to stay at Bill's mansion where she was hiding from justice. Spencer told Steffy and Finn to not press charges or he will put Taylor Hayes in jail for her past crime of shooting him. Steffy and her husband decided to not testify against Sheila and she has been freed. Sheila and Bill started living together and despite Katie Logan and every person close to the Spencer man trying to force him to stop this madness he continued to help Sheila. Soon Bill told his family that he is in love with the new woman in his life. Everyone was horrified, but Bill didn't back down. Sheila was happy to live in Bill's beautiful mansion and to have her freedom, but she missed Deacon Sharpe. When Deacon confessed that he loves her Sheila was struggling because she wanted to remain loyal to Bill however she son landed in Deacon's bed and claimed that it was way better than sleeping with Bill.
