I was with my friend, watercolor artist Veronique Branger, who had a couple of pieces in the show. We noticed room on the benches that border the front perimeter of the outdoor space, and asked if we could have dinner there. So we were seated at one of the casual wood-planked benches with cushions and a white marble-topped low table set with candles. The outdoor garden space is lushly surrounded by fichus trees strung with white lights, and palo verde trees hung with basket-covered lights. The space is anchored by the bar, a low modernist-era building that opens entirely on one side to the garden, like a large covered patio.

One of the best Palm Springs has to offer. Food, ambiance, staff, drinks are all on point. We locals get cold when the temp drops under 80 and they have comfy smoks to keep you warm. Always an enjoyable experience at Birba! Very nice setting. The drinks were excellent. The service was great. I had the squash filled pasta, which was delicious.

Birba is a great addition to the Palm Springs strip area. Hip and modern, Birba is a perfect match for the Palm Springs lifestyle. It has a contemporary feel that sets the mood for great conversation and wonderful food. Not only are the pizzas delicious and drinks tasty, but the atmosphere is quite lovely. Super fun place to hang out and soak up the local scene! Food is excellent, especially the burrata salad and white pizza.
