Make sure you are human before progressing. From the Bonfire, head down the stairs and to the right to find a new enemy. Bloatheads are the common enemies around this area. They aren't incredibly difficult to fight and only have a few melee attacks to deal. However, their attacks are very high damaging and should be blocked. There are some with red eyes who are more aggressive and deal more damage but overall, shouldn't be too much of a challenge. After defeating it, go down the next stairs and onto the roof to the left for a Large Soul of a Proud Knight. A couple of Bloatheads are in the next area so deal with them efficiently. Two more are further on so kill them as well. In the next section, to the right, is a Bloathead and a new enemy.
