This X3, it can be quite warm outside and hot in the car with a lot of sun bearing down and it doesn't even switch to high fan speed for more than a minute before slowing down a lot. Basically, I have to set it to 59 - 63 usually to obtain sufficient fan speed to get it comfortable in the car.
