The status of the clan beyond Earth is unknown. For countless eons, the Otsutsuki clan have been travelling throughout dimensions seeking out worlds to plant Ten-Tail saplings into, boruto otsutsuki.

The Otsutsuki Clan is the strongest of all clans in the Naruto series. Home to parasitic aliens who come from another planet, the Otsutsuki clan sees all its members go from planet to planet to consume all life and get stronger in the process. The world of Boruto has seen the introduction of several powerful gods of the Otsutsuki lineage over the years. These gods are incredibly strong and capable of wiping out planets with rather ease. Naruto opened up the gateway for the Otsutsuki beings and Boruto expanded on them greatly. Recently, Boruto introduced fans to a completely new Otsutsuki being whose powers are said to be truly frightening. This godly entity is none other than Shibai Otsutsuki.
