These challenges include substantial price increases along with reduced manufacturing capacity of key suppliers. After much diligence and review of economics and markets, we have made a business decision to suspend our manufacture of new motors indefinitely and to concentrate on the service of the BOSS Drives motors that have been sold to customers. Going forward, here are some key points. All warranties are still in place and will be honored. All warranties procedures will remain in place as it relates to approvals, reimbursement, etc.
