We had done Alaska before, but the Viking trip was the best. Staff were helpful and had idea of areas for us to see. My husband and i love to hike--we hiked or walked every day 10 miles or more.
We opted to not do an excursion and go out in our own. Oak Bay is a nice little village with shops and eateries. Very friendly. We walked about 10 min to Oak Bay Marina. I highly recommend this especially if you have children.
