The resident of the home, Jason Coy, age 41, was arrested in Chico April 16, , on charges of petty theft and possession of stolen property after being found with items stolen from a home in North Chico. During the search of the home, deputies located numerous items of stolen property, including firearms, ammunition, chainsaws, power tool equipment, and generators.
