I mostly buy antiques and clocks on ebay. One, maybe two people bid. Apparently unhappy with how their auction is going, they cancel the bids and the item ends early unsold. I also sell on ebay and was under the impression that once listed and bids begin coming in, you were required by ebay to sell the item.
Ok if it cancels all bids.. What if a previous bidder is no longer interested and doesnt want bid to exist.. I assume it's the "Gucci" watch because it's the only item with multiple bids.
