Main St. Euniess Crosdale is from Jamaica, and his love for food grew through cooking with his grandmother. He has been a professional chef for about 20 years, with 15 of those years spent cooking on Royal Caribbean cruise ships. It was during one of those cruises when Lori Crosdale was on vacation that the couple met. They began dating and then started a long-distance relationship.

Never have had Caribbean food and I was skeptical but holy sheet am I glad I listened to my boyfriend and got it. We just ordered take out, I got the jerk chicken salad. The amount of different flavors in it were nuts! So good! It was all very flavorful and filling. We took most of the food home the portions were sizeable. The Island Potatoes were my favorite with the Rasta Pasta coming in a close second.
