I am from Texas and came out last May and tried this place. Excellent food, service etc, carnitas ayala. As it was in May last year, remains amazing. Very consistent.

Had to ask for chips and salsa 3 times if not more. Salsa was good flavor, chips were stale. Food came out, order was The carnitas, carne azada and menudo are very good, service it's a little bit slow but they don't have waiting time to be seat like other restaurants that takes like 45 mins or more on the waiting The food was delicious but table side service was extremely slow upon arrival. Only noticed one female server literally doing most of everything and so it's not her fault for being slow.
