I visited this CEX store on Saturday with my partner to look for a new phone, but also saw the store had a coffee shop upstairs which I haven't seen at a CEX before. I went upstairs and wow, that's all I can say! I didn't expect the space to be so huge or to have the style it has, and the arcade machines and freeplay PS4 on the huge projector screen are a really nice touch I've never seen before. I got myself and my partner a hot chocolate from the friendly staff at the counter, though I noticed they have paninis, snacks and cold drinks on offer too. The hot chocolate complete with cream and marshmallows was delectable. Both of us really enjoyed chilling out up there on the comfy seats and discovering all the little winks to gaming and entertainment culture hidden in the furniture and design. I want that video tape light!!

Wow, we were thrilled when my granddaughter found an outdated or retro Animal Crossing game she had long been searching for. And it was only ten quid! To say she was thrilled was an understatement - she was ecstatic, and of course this made us happy to see her so over the moon!
