Parent and Tot 2 is targeted at children ages months focusing on getting the child comfortable in the water and staring to work on getting their face in the water. Skip to Content. Preschool 2: These preschoolers learn to jump into chest deep water by themselves, and get in and get out wearing a Personal Flotation Device. They'll cap it all off with front crawl sprints over 25 m and 4 x 25m front or back crawl interval training. They'll submerge and exhale underwater. Preschool 4: Advanced preschoolers will learn to do solo jumps into deeper water water above the swimmers head and get out by themselves. Swimmers will also be exposed to areas where they cannot touch the bottom. Swimmer 3: These junior swimmers will dive and do in-water front somersaults. Click here for the schedule. These swimmers will spend a majority of their time in the lower leisure pool where the depth is between 3 and 4 feet 1m They'll work on m of front crawl, back crawl and whip kick. Swimmer 6: These swimmers will master stride entries, compact jump, and legs-only surface supports. Swimmer 1 is aimed to be an introduction to moving in the water and gaining comfort in the pool. First aid focuses on treatment of bone or joint injuries and respiratory emergencies including asthma and allergic reactions.
