I don't have a printer so have just started using the InPost service where you drop the parcel in lockers and they attach the label to it. First lot of parcels - fine. Since then last week every single InPost location has no available lockers. I've driven to eight different ones in the past few days.

After 5 days, you will receive a final email that the code has expired and the package has been removed from the locker and must be picked up at the Post Office retail window. You have 5 calendar days to pick up your package from a locker or to have someone else do so on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your QR Code. While sharing the email containing the code and instructions is permitted, make sure to think about your safety and privacy, and only share it with people that you trust. If the package is not picked up by the end of the 5th calendar day, the item will be removed from the locker and taken to the Post Office retail window.
