Which speaking of those two friends, I really like them too, yay for believable friendships in any type of drama setting! Can't wait for this!!! As someone who hasn't read the webtoon either I did some of itI came into this expecting nothing aside from wanting it to be good enough as a drama.

In fact, I waited three weeks after the show ended to write this review, so that I could gain some distance and a broader perspective on it before I typed up my conclusions. I would say right at the outset that this is a show really geared to a younger audience of K-drama viewers, perhaps because it was based on a webtoon by Soon Ggi ; middle aged and older people are more likely to find faults with it, especially if you are a K-drama viewer veteran always on the lookout for another K-drama masterpiece to gush over. This is far from one. I could easily see how they could have written this show to appeal more to ALL age groups, but obviously the writers of the drama, Kim Nam Hee and Go Sun Hee, didn't have the same perspective that I did! Some Favorite Scenes. Actress Sung Kyung Lee - I wanted to scratch her eyes out! Much more tolerable, sometimes sympathetic, but still ultimately frustrating, was the character Seo Kang Joon played, the unhappy brother of the Annoying One, above, a young man who didn't finish high school, who didn't even know what a square root was, who quit playing the piano because he imagined his hand more severely injured than it was, who gossiped about the main male lead character constantly, played by Park Hae Jin, claiming he had a dark side to him, instead of looking inward to see his own faults that precluded him from succeeding in life. People continuously playing the victim to gain sympathy from others usually don't fare well in life. The Story : The setting is a college with the majority of the characters focused on in their last two years of university, so most are working really hard to succeed and get good grades.

Jung arrives in the hallway as she says there was someone else there too, and Jung steps in with friendly words to placate his buddy. So is this what I was missing out on? Also, although I am definitely aware that Korea is very competitive, the fact that so many students actually sat in the class despite not getting the class in hope that the professor allows them to stay on wowed me. Cookies Policy. Yay for subs! I reminded me of a not so great production and I was taken aback for a while. I wonder how close that scenario is to reality.

Nailed it to a T! In Suspicion it's a lot more dire for the heroine; she has good reason to believe the man she married is going to kill her. I'd sort of put her alongside Go Ah-sung and Yeo Jin-gu — they don't have these cookie-cutter looks that have become so standard in drama leads, but once you actually watch them act I was actually curious of how people who have not read it would feel watching it. Well, baek in ha is actually a bit crazy even in the webtoon. Good start???? Thank you for the recap! I was worried that I would be like orange marmalade, but turned out this drama is still entertaining! Still, it feels like he's very manipulative and has this dark aura whenever his devilish smirk flashes or maybe I'm just as paranoid as Seol. Reset Password. Also the trio is adorable!! Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nibh euismod tincidunt ut laoreet dolore magna. Off to watch? As a reader of the webtoon even before hearing that CITT will be made into a drama, I can say that this pilot episode exceeded my expectations! She's got this for sure.
