Chromie Time is the easiest way to level a character in World of Warcraft.

Chromie Time needs to be a permanent game feature, not something that only exists for leveling a character and locks you out once you hit the level threshold. I came back with the announcement of dragonflight, created a new character, and was pleasantly surprised to see the options that chromie time offered. Initially as I was leveling, before I knew what chromie time was, I began seeing the level ranges for all the zones and was disappointed that I would fairly quickly out level so much content. Once I discovered chromie time I felt relieved. I kept praising blizzard, to myself, at how well they did chromie time and how it made past content more relevant to the player. It restored some previously lost faith I had in blizzard.
