Not really for off-road like where a 4 wheeler can go but if you stick to dirt roads or even walk trails, you can explore endless miles of forest service lands. I have owned 2 for 3 years now. Decent torque and power for my needs, goes faster than I need and can go up steep terrain with no sweat.
