Colonial Properties were NOT accommodating, the cabin was unoccupied the week before and after our stay, they made us sit in the driveway for 45 min and call them back 3 times before they would put in the code to unlock the door. There was only 6 forks, 7 spoons and 8 butter knives. The couches were kinda gross, we put the sheets on them to sit on. The chairs were mismatched and 1 broken. There was black mold in 2 of the bathrooms, 1 bed was broken, 1 tv was broken. We made a trip to Colonial Properties and spoke to the manager about our long list of things that should have been cleaned, repaired, disclosed, as well as proper etiquette.
