Conan exiles late game

I am fairly new to the game past 2. I have enjoyed those hours this is not a complain post because we are playing on a private PVE server with friends and I do like building. But I already feel that I am reaching the end of the game. We play by two to three players at the same time and have decided to remove thralls in our expeditions to slow down our progress and increase the challenge 'cause honestly with a correctly geared thrall with correct stats, all you need is popcorn to watch, no? Yes, I have used the wiki and feedbacks from this forum to help my progression honestly I would never have star metal and other recipes otherwise just by experimenting and what is left to the endgame feel more RNG related than challenge. And even so, it is more for the completion than really to achieve some endgame content as legendary weapons and other unique crafts feel unnecessary for the progress. This is maybe linked to the PVE side, and I will still play probably hours on the game just because I like the building aspect but I feel already that I have nearly explored all options of the game. Where am I wrong? Though, for me, PvE is the ticket. Because I like building, helping other folks run dungeons, and slow-walking across the map after popping a decayed base. If you are on a private server, why not change the server settings to make it more difficult? I know some private server admins can help out here. Now leveling is a joke.

Depends Karzak on how much you enjoy the game as such. Yes No Hide. It was fun and new to him.

Version: 2. Once you have a Relic Hunter Treasure Seeker thrall, you can really start to push into the other areas of the game. It should be easier for this thrall to help you knock out two more RHTSs at a time; you can kill the same miniboss if needed , and carefully pull two of the RHTSs from the end of the bridge, and use the same tricks with bludgeoned truncheons for you and your thrall. Save the archers for base defense. Run away from guys with spears. You'll frankly want at least 2 or 3 RHTSs as backup just in case your main thrall dies heroically, or stupidly walks into lava or something. Always be prepared with backup stuff because sometimes you'll die to bugs. Also, if you are on a server where purges can happen when you are offline, you literally cannot have too many fighter thralls. Get a dozen, level them all to 5 at least, arm them well and put them inside and outside your base.

Maybe you never expected to go out like this, slowly bleeding to death in the desert. Perhaps you thought you might not have to worry about the intricacies of buffs and debuffs in a game about barbarians. Combat can be complicated, and knowing what is actually killing you can be challenging. There are some common sense ideas, like a big cat applying bleeding or a spider using crippling poison, but how do they stack, and how much damage are they doing? Additionally, how can you start using them to your advantage? The monsters may be able to pile on a lot of damage by using a bleed in Conan Exiles, but so can you. Bleeding is a status effect in Conan Exiles and one of the most important to understand if you are interested in PVP.

The dungeon itself is still basically just one long hallway, but it also has these rusty keys scattered around that you have to find and use later, and tons of traps everywhere, so it can be annoying. Grymm February 15, , pm 7. It just wasn't what they expected. Probably my mistake as I have played few survival games. Message Sent. You'll want to look for smallish, smoking rocks sitting in the snow or forests up around the D13 area , but they can also spawn anywhere in C11 to D12 as well. All rights reserved. There are lots of recipes for cooking and brewing that aren't useful, weapons and armor recipes that are worthless, dungeons that have nothing good, and bosses that drop nothing worthwhile. Check ones that, for your timezone, have numbers of players you are looking for. You may literally need to rebuild your base to accommodate them.

Home is where your heart is — and also maybe where all your stuff is if you've gotten the hang of base-building in Conan Exiles. It's a survival game where, like most other survival games, having no home means you're prey. That's why building your base is a rather important aspect of gameplay in Conan Exiles — it's one of the few things that scale well into the late game.

She is also completely optional and not worth killing. I do play pve and prefer pve, but as someone already mentioned, pvp is crucial to survival gaming. Gone through the underwater caves? PS: Modded servers rule! If your things are all outside, or spread out, you need to do a lot more running around to make sure everything is covered. The dungeon itself is still basically just one long hallway, but it also has these rusty keys scattered around that you have to find and use later, and tons of traps everywhere, so it can be annoying. There's also a "puzzle" at the beginning where you need to farm idols from three minibosses and put them on a map. Well observed! You'll need to level them at least a little, give them some good armor and a decent weapon you'll be swimming in legendary weapons eventually , and they should hold their own at least. Sorry but I took someone to Sunken City last week, thinking playing with people would be fun. Which brings me to game and endgame challenge… Probably well balanced in solo? PvP in this game is fine as long you dont get raided. I like to help others… So from times to times I jump on servers to help people to farm and grow.
