Saturday, August 5th, PM. Have you tried deleting the password and closing out of Outlook, restarting it, and then putting in the new password. Not sure how to do that. Do you mean remove that email address then restart and add it back? If so, then yes.

Tuesday, January 23rd, AM. I am unable to receive mail on my phone or in Outlook. In both cases the devices are not able to connect to the imap server.
