Monday, September 18th, PM. Seems to be a common issue, but it's hitting me now as well. Try logging in first, then checking email and it loops. Same result every single time. It's obvious at this point that it's something beyond the normal steps. So just need some assistance.

Use Xfinity Connect Go to Xfinity. Select the Voice icon in the drop-down list. Enter your primary Xfinity ID and password. Within the Voice tab, click Call History on the left-navigation menu and your call history will display. Note: Call History can be sorted by date, missed calls, placed calls and received calls by clicking Sort By in the upper right corner. All calls will appear on your call records within 20 minutes of being made or received and will be visible for up to 90 days.

The Xfinity Connect app iPad app now includes a navigation pane that appears as a left navigation bar in the app. To compose a new email, tap on the appropriate Compose button on bottom left. The Voice2Go Dialer is also accessible from the bottom left pane. The Email tab displays the latest email messages only.
