Buses stop on Darnley Road close to the surgery and Strood railway station is a twenty minute walk away. Disabled parking is available at the clinic. There is also disabled access into the building and our treatment room. I saw my Doctor of very many years on Monday morning with something that seemed fairly trivial to me. Two tests were required which the receptionist managed to get booked in on the same day. The Practice Nurse completed one of these with the other test completed nearby. I saw my Doctor the following day who discussed the test results with me and explained the various treatments available. He also contacted the hospital to enable a specialist department to contact me to arrange an appointment.

I would always give support and respect to all staff within this practice, when I hear so many horror stories elsewhere I am thankful for Court View. This person did not make any attempt to smile, was rude, unhelpful and dismissive.
