New dates have been issued after it emerged residents in Coventry will have their bins collected on a fortnightly basis again. Coventry City Council has brought in a contractor to help collect waste as bin drivers will be on a full strike from January 31 until March The council will work with Tom White Waste throughout February and March to provide fortnightly household waste green lidded bin collections. Recycling is still suspended so once the service is up and running, some of the drop-off sites will be changed to accept only recyclable waste.
