I bought this mower new one year ago and have been fixing it ever since. First the link arm lift breaks in two and now today the keeper belt. How can metal pieces just shear in two, awful craftman ship. The assembly of the belts etc make it hard to clean keep the grass cleaned out on top of the deck and the mower has no power. I cannot go up the slightest grade without having to stop and back down. Will never buy craftsman again. I really like this lawn mower and I have gotten many years of use out of it. I used it to start my business where I often times cut grass all throughout the summer. It will run very efficiently on one tank of gas. Even though I am not very strong, I can easily pull the string and the mower starts quickly. The handle you hold down to keep the mower going does not cause cramps in my hand even after mowing more than an acre of grass. This mower can easily go up and down hills and still keeps the same great perpulsion. I really like the rear wheels being larger than the front wheels because it makes it so much easier to push.
