Payment Deadline for Summer Fees are due 30 days after registration or by the May 15 th , payment deadline, whichever occurs first. If you register after this day, your fees will be due the next day. To avoid cancellation, students must pay by their due dates. Financial aid will begin their disbursement process on August 9, and Student Financial Services will begin the refund process on August 10, Student Financial Services begins processing refunds for financial aid credits nine days before classes begin in fall and spring terms. Financial Aid disbursements occur approximately ten days before classes begin for fall and spring summer varies each academic year and are posted to your student account as a payment. Any credits remaining after all tuition and fees are paid are then refunded to students. If the check is not received within 15 business days, the student is required to complete the Affidavit to Replace a Lost Check form and email to sfs csusb.
