Dark Harvest is going to be an excellent rune choice for junglers who clear fast. Since it adds bonus damage to your next attack based on your last killed creature, weaving ganks in between your clears will be beneficial. Dark Harvest could also be pretty useful on split push champions as well. When you kill a minion, monster or champion, you absorb its soul. The next attack you make on an enemy champion or structure within 20 seconds will deal bonus damage. Monster souls add small damage, large minion souls add medium damage and champion souls add large damage. For Dark Harvest, we want to try and grab runes that compliment mobility and killing.
