This walkthrough will assist you in getting some extra loot and chests as soon as you get the Soul Splitter ability, after the last quest Basileus but before exploring the City of the Dead. This is entirely optional so if you're looking for the actual walkthrough, simply follow City of the Dead Part 2. For the following two chests, you'll need to go to this bridge right past "Lair of the Deposed King". Head to the west to find a wall with a hand-hold on it. Grab onto it and scale the wall down to the narrow ledge below. Go up the fallen pillar ramp to find yourself under the bridge. Once you find yourself in front of all the deathgrips, look forward north and on your right you will see some crystals. Aim your gun there until it finds a bomb behind them. The shot can be made from this distance. Once you shoot it, the crystals will be destroyed. You can then use your deathgrip to swing from hoop to hoop until you land to a hanging post. Stand on one of the plates then soul split. This will leave your physical body's stone form on the plate.

Loot the chest and turn around. Scale the walls there to reach the upper floor. Open it then destroy the crates near the door to get a Book of the Dead page.
