The "Escape with Everyone" and "Escape with only Blackburne " endings are considered canonical, with one ending non-canon. Frank heads to Blackburne's lab, where he battles against zombies and does what she says in order to cure himself while hearing Hammond and her people battling and dying. After succeeding in curing himself, he rushes outside and helps Hammond and her team. Afterwards, everyone escapes alive before the firebombing, with Frank and Hammond fist-bumping each other, securing their friendship.
