Be sure to throw on Power Ammo Finder armor to keep up! Swords are pretty effective here as you can just swath through the Thrall fast.

Pretty sure that in this context a multi kill is two or more enemies with one blow, so you should be able to do it with Arcstrider OK, if you let the enemies get close together stuff like Taken thralls always good for this Downing an enemy with Precision damage counts as a Precision Kill , and if a second enemy is also downed with Precision damage within seconds then that's a Precision Multikill.
